Reservations for the Event will be made by: Individual attendees directly with The Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina reservations at 800-955-2558 or 401-847-9000. Additionally, attendees can make reservations online at www.newporthotel.com by entering the Attendee Code RF201105.

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before April 30, 2011 in order to receive the discounted conference rate.
The nightly room rate of $149 includes internet access, but does not include parking ($15/ night) or taxes (~13%). The conference rate will be available for check-in on May 31 through check-out on June 3. A very limited number of rooms will be available at this discounted rate for the night of June 3.
GUARANTEE POLICY
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
Individual cancellations will be accepted up to seventy-two (72) hours in advance of arrival. If individual cancellations are not received at least 72 hours in advance, a charge equal to the revenue of the room and tax total for the length of stay of the reservation will be assessed.
Individuals that depart prior to the original date of their reservation, without providing at least 72 hours notice of change to departure date, will be assessed a fee equal to balance of the remaining number of room nights on their registration card multiplied by the room and tax charges.

Directions

From Theodore Francis Green State Airport: Approximate distance to the hotel is 27 miles. Follow signs west on Airport Connector Road West. Merge onto I 95 South toward New York. Proceed to Exit 9 toward North Kingstown. Turn left onto Tower Hill Road. Merge onto RI 138 toward Jamestown. Proceed to RI 238 South ramp toward Scenic Newport. Turn right onto JT Connell Highway. Continue straight to go onto Farewell Street. Turn right onto Thames Street. Proceed right at the fork in the road. The hotel is located on the right.

By Shuttle bus between TF Green (Providence / Warwick airport and Newport:

Cozy Cab, Inc. offers low cost scheduled service between Providence TF Green airport and the Newport area.  They provide year round service. They make it easy for you to make your airline connection and avoid the hassle of rental cars, airport parking costs and risk.  Large group transfer coordinating is their specialty. Fare is $25 per person each way and reservations are recommended.

To get to Newport, RI from JFK airport by train and public transportation:

Take the AirTran from JFK to the Long Island Railroad Station in Jamaica, Long Island  and then Take the Long Island Railroad into Penn Station, NYC

Take either the Amtrak Northeast Express train to West Kingston, RI (KIN station) where you can get van service into Newport
-Van/car service is available from the Kingston, RI (KIN) station to Newport, RI. Call (401) 295-1100 for information and reservations (required).

 Or

Take the Amtrak Acela service to Providence, RI (about 3 hours) and then take local transportation (bus or taxi or even rental car) to Newport.
- from the Providence Amtrak station, walk to Memorial BLVD between Exchange and Francis and taker Bus 14 to the Newport Gateway Center towards Outbound, then walk a few blocks to the hotel. To get to Newport, RI from Newark airport by train and public transportation:

Take the Air Train connection from the airport terminal to the nearby Newark Airport Railroad Station on the Northeast Corridor tracks. AirTrain is a simpler, easier way to get to, from, and around Newark Liberty International Airport. Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, AirTrain provides easy connections to NJ Transit and the Amtrak rail lines that run on the Northeast Corridor Line. [See Newark-Air_Train.pdf]. From here, depending on the time of day, you can catch the local Northeast Regional Amtrak to the West Kingston, RI or Providence, RI Amtrak stations, and then follow directions given above to get to Newport from either of these stations. Alternately, you can take the New Transit Train to the NY Penn station, and catch the Acela Express that stops in Providence. RI. Once in Providence, follow the instructions above on how to get to Newport. To get to Newport, RI from Boston Logan Airport by train and public transportation:

You can then take a Northeast Corridor Amtrak train from South Station to the Providence  or West Kingston Amtrak stations and follow instructions above on how to get to Newport. You can also take the local commuter train, Providence / Stoughton Line (Train 811) to Providence. Once in Providence, you then walk about 10 minutes to Canal Street near Park Rowe and take Bus 54 inbound to Exchange Terrace at the far side of Exchange St. There you can catch Bus 14 Outbound to the Newport Gateway Center. The Newport Gateway Center is about a 10 minute walk to the conference hotel (Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina at 49 America's Cup Ave.) Alternately, you can take Train 811 from South Station to the TF Green airport near Providence and then rent a car to get to Newport.
